Over the last six months we have been sent hundreds, if not thousands of questions from our loyal supporters, and often these go unanswered due primarily to lack of time to respond. Today we are offering you the chance to put your questions to the Ice Team.

What is the plan for the recovery of the Ice Team and its equipment from Antarctica and web do you plan to start?

Given that you are surviving in a highly hostile environment, what are your most important items of safety equipment?

Also, what has been you most ingenious solution to a problem?

Did you find a solution out which changes of equipment should be done you could easily cross over crevasses to the South Pole?

When I saw your videos from Antarctica, I learned about difficulties with crossing over crevasses during a winter months, when it was darkness outside the whole day long. Now, when it changed. Will you try to find a way among crevasses you to get more southward before you will set out home?

Did you consider removing some of the spikes on the CAT treads to increase the pressure per spike thus driving them further into the hard ice and reduce the slipping that you encountered on the “blue ice”?

When you stop and winch, is there some extra anchor you deploy to keep from sliding?
