Reading up on the science of the White Mars test, I am wondering how your sleep patterns are faring. With just 3 hours twilight do you have more frequent shorter sleep periods? Are you finding it hard to be with the same 5 people? It must be important to give each other some space and free time to be alone. Does the routine allow for this? Good luck as always.
