Welcome to The Coldest Journey’s Education Homepage.
The resources available to view from here were put together by Durham’s Education Development Service and schools from across County Durham and the north east of England. Resources are provided in a downloadable, lesson-ready format and cover all phases from Early Years through to KS4. Teachers are invited to check resources outside their immediate phase, as many can be adapted easily for more or less able pupils and for different age groups.

The documents and resources have been arranged in such a way that teachers can easily search and download the ones most relevant to them. Resources are added on a regular basis and over the coming weeks and months we will be uploading more content brought to you direct from Antarctica, including photographs, data and interviews that are exclusively available to subscribers to the site.
